This is a class action (“Action”) titled Murphy v. Gospel for Asia, Inc., et al., Case Number 5:17-cv-05035-ELW (W.D. Ark.). Garland D. Murphy, III, MD, and Phyllis Murphy, on behalf of themselves and all Settlement Class Members (“Plaintiffs”), allege that Gospel for Asia (“GFA”) misdirected funds designated for specific charitable projects that donors selected. GFA denies any wrongdoing.
The Settlement Class is defined as: All persons in the United States who donated money to GFA-USA from January 1, 2009 through the date the Settlement Class is certified for Project Codes 1000-4900.

Do Nothing
You get no payment. You give up your rights.
Submit a Claim Form
This is the only way to get a payment.
The Claim Form must be completed and submitted by mail so it is postmarked, or submitted online, no later than
July 11, 2019.
Exclude Yourself
Exclude yourself from the Settlement. You get no payment under the Settlement. This is the only choice that allows you to sue Gospel for Asia on your own about the claims discussed in this Notice.
The written Request for Exclusion must be completed by mail so it is postmarked, or submitted online, no later than
May 28, 2019.
Object to the Settlement
You can write to the Court or appear at the Hearing to state why you disagree with the Settlement or any part of it.
Even if you object, you can submit a Claim Form and get paid. An objection must be in writing and filed with the Court. You must file your objection on or before May 28, 2019.
This website is authorized by the Court, supervised by counsel and controlled by the Settlement Administrator approved by the Court. This is the only authorized website for this case.
